My name is Carol, and I was born and raised here in Costa Rica. As a local, I’m more than happy to share my knowledge and give you some guidance. I understand that planning a trip can be overwhelming, especially with so much information out there. That’s why I want to make it easier for you by answering your questions directly.

Getting Started
15-Minute Live Chat
- Step 1: Scroll to the booking form at the bottom of this page and select the service:15-Minute Live Chat.
- Step 2: Update your Time Zone and choose the date and time that works best for you. See screenshot below.

- Step 3: Complete the form with your name, email, and your two main questions in the Notes space. Then click “Book this Appointment” to finalize. You will receive an initial confirmation email for your booking and you can add the appointment to your calendar.
- You can add the appointment to your calendar, this is highly recommended to set up a remainder.
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder
- Step 4: Within 24 hours after that, you’ll receive another email with the Live Chat link.
- Step 5: On the day and time of your appointment, click the link, enter your name and email (the same ones you used when booking), and start the chat.
30-Minute Video Call
- Step 1: Scroll to the booking form at the bottom of this page and select the service: 30-Minute Video Call.
- Step 2: Update your Time Zone and choose the date and time that works best for you.

- Step 3: Complete the form with your name, email, and your four main questions in the Notes space. Then click “Book this Appointment” to finalize. You will receive an initial confirmation email for your booking, the PayPal link.
- You can add the appointment to your calendar, this is highly recommended to set up a remainder.
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder
- Step 4: After your payment is processed, you will then receive a second email containing download links to checklist files, general tips, art designs and the link to the video call.
Important Notes
- I am not a travel agent, therefore I do not offer travel booking services.
- I won’t try to sell you anything, I just want you to have a good trip.
- The time is set under Americas/Costa Rica Time (UCT/GMT-6), so please change this to your time zone before you book.
- Prioritize your questions and fill out the form in the same way. This way we start with what you are most interested in.
- Ensure you have the Zoom App installed on your device before our call.
Appointment Cancelations
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Full refunds are available for paid services if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you can reschedule to a new date and time without penalty, as long as the new appointment is within one week of the original date.
